How the installation process works:
1. Preparatory stage

2. Earthworks (for underground pipelines)
Excavation of trenches based on depth, soil type, and standards. Preparation of the base. Pipe laying with anti-corrosion protection, installation of casings and sleeves at crossings.
3. Installation of above-ground structures (if applicable)
Installation of supports, brackets, and compensators. Pipeline placement on supports and fixation according to the design.
4. Welding and joining
Assembly of the pipeline, installation of fittings and valves. Welding is carried out with mandatory quality control: visual, ultrasonic, or radiographic inspection.
5. Testing and inspection
Hydraulic or pneumatic tests for strength and tightness. Function check of all joints and shut-off valves.
6. As-built documentation
Preparation of acts, welding logs, and diagrams. Final documentation for supervisory authorities and the client.
7. Commissioning
Handover of the completed pipeline, personnel instruction (if required), and maintenance recommendations.
